08/01/14 (learning script) mnd

During today's lesson we went over the script (Midsummers night dream) getting a understanding and learning about the play and what's going on in each scene also what the character is trying to suggest and to get to know our character more to play it to full potential. Rob gave us a website to translate each line from Shakespearen to modern day English, I think this is a great help as my class peers and I are finding it difficult to understand what the characters are saying and to visualise the scene as it's set in a different time period so having the benefit of this website is going to help us compare the scene to a modern way making it more understandable for us and the audience but still keeping it shakspearen. I have highlighted my lines to help know when to stop and start this will help me pick up on my lines more.
